This lovely property is nestled into the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont.  Landscape Architecture firm Wagner Hodgson carefully crafted the landscape design around the existing barn and new home.  A gracious drive court flanked by free standing Panton stone walls is delineated with Black Ledge driveway pavers leading you to the front entry and crisp Panton stone edged lawn.  The beautiful views of this property are framed with stone entry walls leading you to a large front porch and beyond to a fire pit and overlooking views of the pond.  Champlain Black Marble Treads with a sandblasted finish lead you down to the pond or transition into pavers and lead you to the lawn strip and thermal bluestone patio.  As you move closer to the screen porch and grilling station the bluestone becomes a formal patio in a running bond pattern.  The custom grill station was built from reclaimed fieldstone and capped with a 3" brushed finished bluestone counter top.
